Syndicate AtariAge News

AtariAge offers an RSS 2.0 news feed for syndication:

What is RSS?

RSS is a Web content syndication format. In simple terms, it is a file that we create that contains our latest news headlines. You can use that file to display the same news on your home page. Once you set it up, it's automated so that you never have to update it and you automatically get the latest news from AtariAge on your web site.

How to I subscribe to AtariAge's RSS Feed?

If instead you simply want to view RSS feeds available on AtariAge and other sites, you have many choices. There are quite a few standalone applications that will allow you to subscribe to RSS feeds. Additionally, modern web browsers have been incorporating built-in support for viewing RSS feeds, such as Firefox, Opera, and Safari for OS X.

How do I use RSS to display AtariAge news on my site?

Some content management software packages (such as Blogger or Moveable Type) already have means to display RSS content. If you aren't using such software, you'll have to get your hands a bit dirty. Check the resources listed in the Google Directory for more information.

Alternatively, you can use simple javascript. This is not ideal because you will have to go through a third party for the javascript and you have less control than pure RSS syncidation, but it's simple cut-and-paste and you don't need any special technology. See the WCC News Center for one method of displaying RSS using javascript.
